Im just gonna throw this in right here it seems to fit: A few years ago, I ACTUALLY figured out how to explain what getting hit in the balls feels like to girls.
Ok, have you ever had to shit REALLY REALLY bad, been holding it all day, and your abdomen is cramping up like a motherfucker. Your intestines feel like they're gonna burst? Thats what getting hit in the balls feels like, only worse, for much longer, and in the balls. But basically the same sensation. So Ball kicking = poop cramps. Idk if that's similar to menstrual cramps but I theorize it is.

balls are worse because you feel like you need to vomit, and if you get hard enough, you do vomit... it's agonizing
