A good source of:
Vitamin A
Four essential B-vitamins
Iron
Fiber
Only 1 g of fat per serving

according to the Campbell's site
the meatball ones have protein and calcium and vitamin D as well.

obviously not all you need, but perhaps with some grape juice Basketball
so you can grow up big and strong. a lot of sodium though. so stay hydrated kids!

all i can imagine is 2 ZACs in the mess hall balancing a tall stack of plates and forks, another group of ZACs crowed around and cheering them on. When one contestants stack falls, ever laughs and yells "You gotta eat PJ's Flan!"

jesus. I dont even want to think about what is in that flan.

On another note, is anyone familiar with what sorts of berries and things are edible? I know of one kind that grows out in wyoming, they are very tasty. But that wont help me unless I am out there during the breakout.

just to try and steer this away from semen based things...

A book I think we should all look at is Ray Mears' Wild Food. I am firmly belive that that man will live through the death of the sun. I love watching his shows because he can live in absolutely every environment on the planet and his Wild Food thing is about learning what our ancestors would have eaten when they were hunter-gatherers, so I will buy a book as soon as possible.
